How to Apply.

Our Application Process

BCA is a rolling enrollment school meaning that we are always accepting applications. Outlined below, the application process takes approximately three weeks to complete.

  1. Inquiry
  2. Tour/Visit BCA
  3. Submit Application for Admission with $150 (nonrefundable) application fee. Click the “Apply Now” button for the online application and admissions paperwork.
  4. Complete/Submit the following Admissions paperwork
    • Records Release Form
    • Official transcripts from current school (K5 through 8th)
    • Completed Confidential Teacher Evaluation Form
    • Completed Confidential Pastor/Church Leader Recommendation Form
    • Current Immunization Form (Georgia Form #3231)
    • DHR Eye, Ear, and Dental (Form# 3300)
    • Birth Certificate (a copy is acceptable)
  5. Entrance Assessment
  6. Family Interview and Student Interview (rising 6th – 8th only)
  7. Admissions Committee Review
  8. Acceptance Notification Extended
  9. Registration

Once accepted to BCA, the following items are necessary to secure enrollment:

  1. Enrollment Package completed (emailed with acceptance letter)
  2. Enrollment Fee paid ($300 for K3-K4, $500 for K5-8th)

Bridgeway Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, sex, national and ethnic origin to all privileges, programs, and activities accorded or made available to students at the School. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, or national origin in athletic and other school-administered programs. As a covenant Christian school, BCA requires that one parent/guardian from each family professes to be a Christian.

Age requirements:
BCA follows the Georgia state requirements that a child must be five years old on or before September 1st to enter Kindergarten. The child must be six years old on or before September 1st to enter first grade.

A child who was a legal resident of one or more states for a period of two years immediately prior to moving to Georgia and who was legally enrolled in either a public Kindergarten or first grade, or a private Kindergarten or first grade accredited by a state or regional association, would be eligible to enroll in Georgia schools, provided that the Kindergartner is five years old by December 31 or the first grader is six by that date.
